I have now live at Chauncey Village for 16 months. I have never had any problems with the management. They know you by name and are always helpful. If they are busy at the time you need to talk to them they will take care of everything you ask of them and drop whatever you need off to you at your apartment later. They were very honest and helpful when there were problems, which were minor and caused by bad tenants. I love this place and will remain here until I leave the Lafayette area.
