Well worth the price.

Compared to the other apartments i've looked at in Lafayette, here you get much more for your money, the apartements are very spacious.

Yes the materials they used are of low quality, however, so are the other apartments i've looked at. I'm my opinion the size of the apartments, the washer/dryer that comes with the apartment and the 24 hour gym makes up for that. I have enjoyed living here.
