I have lived here now going on my 4th year. The rent has never increased since I moved in. As long as you sign a new lease 3 months in advance, you get to keep the same rent! The office staff is friendly and helpful and do a lot of little things that make this the best place I have ever lived! As I headed off on vacation, I had a moment of panic thinking I left a candle burning. I called the office in a panic and the manager offered to go over and check my apartment for me. They even had the postal form to hold my mail while I was out of town. You are always welcomed with smiles and the manager calls me by name. The property is clean and my friends are always impressed when they come to visit me. Until I am ready to purchase a home, I will continue to stay here.
