Not a safe place to live

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
We have lived here for a few months and are now just waiting for the lease to be up. They change managers every few weeks/months!!! Isn't safe to be outside after dark, or really even in the day time. Let ANYONE in, criminal history or not!!
