I rate this place, one star! I have been here over four years and I vow this will be my last year here. This is manager 17 or 18 since I lived here. The management just spent a thousand dollars for four ugly flags to welcome potential renters! Yet they have no money to replace carpet or paint apartments. When you fill out lease you will think your buying house! They paper work is ridiculous. They want six months of your bank statements and other personal things about you that is not any of there business! Then if you stay another year, you got to go through the same thing again. If you love a nice hot bath or a hot shower, you will not get it here. The manager is a lazy and you have a fight on yout hands getting anything done in your apartment. They never have the money to fix anything. So I suggest to you to go somewhere else. Don't be fooled like I have been. There are better apartment complexes than this one. I also had my apartment broken into. We have no security here. Very sad place to live and I know a lot of residents that feel the same way I do. Take your money somewhere else. Nothing here for children . Laundry room at the clubhouse is a joke too. You do your laundry during the time the office is open. You cannot do it on your own time. Again, it sucks living here.
