I have been living here at Elston Point for almost a year now, and I am really going to find it hard to leave. The ONLY bad thing about this place is that there's no real eating space for like a kitchen table, but we use our coffee table anyway, so it's not really a problem. I love having our own washer and dryer in the apartment (FULL SIZE) and the owners are WONDERFUL! We had two things we needed fixed about a month after moving in (the lock on our balcony door and the dial on the washer) They were both fixed when I got home from work that same night! Our neighbors are nice, always say hi to me when I'm coming or going, and never once have I had to worry about my car outside or anything like that. Never one noise complaint either.
