No phone or internet for 2 weeks

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Please don't come here. The residents have no phone or internet service for 2 weeks, and God knows for how much more. It's because of a dispute between the apartment company and the phone company.

Lots of road noise too. Some apartments are right on a major road.
