this apartment building was a good place for the $. when i first moved i wanted as much space as possible for my $ & this place was spacious. a bad thing is that there are cracks around my windows in every room because of the old buildings. also the garbage disposal backs up and your apartment smells rancid. also my dishwasher never worked. they tried to fix it once but it flooded the floor so i hand washed since that. invest a lot in air fresheners.
but the good stuff: the office is really helpful and the maintenance will even take care of you on the weekend if it's an emergency. mail never ever gets sent to the right apt. but that isn't their fault.
