This was the worst place I've ever lived. I leased there because of the space, but that did not make up for all the other problems. The air intake in the hall was so loud the tv had to be turned up all the way to hear over it. The windows were so terrible I put 2 pieces of plastic over all of them in the winter and the breeze coming through was still enough to make them fall off. The sink leaked and flooded my TINY kitchen. The water came out BROWN half the time. I had stains growing from underneath the carpet. And the worst of all, since my neighbors were chain smokers I constantly had a cloud of smoke in my apartment and when I moved out had to have all my stuff cleaned to remove the smell. Not only this, but I never felt safe, especially since the cops had to be called out several times.
