When I was given a tour, there seemed to be a lot of space. However, I didn't notice the black mold growing on the shower walls. They charged a "redecorating fee" when moving in and I don't know what they redecorated because the toilet was still filthy from the previous tenant. The mailman never picks up the mail... EVER, so good luck mailing anything out.
Birds hardcore bomb your car, too so it's never clean.
