Before moving in, my wife & I were very excited about the size of the apartment for the price. You can't beat that. The apartment looks great but once you start to stay there, you learn otherwise. The staff was very helpful until we became a resident. You hear everything going on in the hallways & above you. My wife's car was almost broken into during DAYLIGHT & when we called the staff because we knew who it was, they said "Ok, what do you want us to do'" And we were told of the quiet time from 10pm-10am & our neighbors don't abide by it & when we complained they said "Get used it, you live in an apartment!!!" People are smoking pot & having keggars & the staff doesn't care!!! NOT TO MENTION YOU DON'T FEEL SAFE LEAVING YOUR CAR OUTSIDE! And the snow removal is horrible! They send the plow through & it plows in your car & then of course, they don't shovel, anything! I know its cheap, but spend the extra $50.00 a month & don't move in. Our closet leaked & they blamed it on us. Yeah, go figure! And we have mold growing in our shower & they told us until it is fuzzy not to worry!!! Crazy! One more thing, for a 900 sq ft apartment, we had a $243.00 electric bill do the the drafty windows.
