We lost heat in November and maintenance came to fix it. It worker for about a day and we kept calling them and calling them. December 23rd we called them upon our heat going out. No one came. The 24th, no-one. We went to our parents for Christmas and came back at the end of December, we sent them a note on the 29th. We never heard back from them. On January 15th, I left a note and called.. nothing. At the end of January I wrote a really nasty note saying I was going to contact my attorney if this wasn't fixed. The next day maintenance came in and fixed everything. The following day we got a note saying we never contacted them about the problem and that they "bar" us from further contact on this manner.

I am in the middle of working on a letter with an attorney, breaking our lease early. We will be out March 1st. FINALLY! There have been so many problems with this place and management does little.
