Pleasant grounds; Unpleasant staff

Before finalizing the lease the staff was very friendly, however, after only 4 months of living here I have had only very poor service from most employees when dealing with maintenance issues as well as guest lodging.
The grounds are very nice, but the poor service is enough to motivate me to find pretty green grass elsewhere.
