I lived here while going to Purdue. My gas was paid and my cable was included in the rent. It was an "older" apartment - but had been well maintained. Maintenance took care of anything that I called in, and the staff was great in the office. I never had any problems. I graduated from Purdue and moved away to take a job. However, after 2 years I found myself back in the area - so I checked out the place. Imagine my surprise at all of the new apartments they had built. I had to wait a few extra weeks but I ended up moving into one of the new 2bedrooms 2bath places.

Besides the great place, did I mention the parties and social gatherings they have. It was great to see and meet a lot of my neighbors.

The first time I moved here because of price, the second time beacuse of the location - close to everything and yet no on the main highway or near an airport. I am sorry that I had to move away for my job again. I know that if I am ever back int the area again this will be the first place I check out!
