Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
My husband and I lived there for one year. It was just okay. Pretty small, and cheaply built. My biggest complaint is that things were not fixed quickly at all. I think our tub faucet ran almost the whole year... but, hey, it's THEIR water bill! In the year we lived there, we had roaches twice and some other little centipedie-things once. We found a bigger place at the same price, (with no infestations in 2 years) and are happier now. It's alright if you're not looking for anything stellar, and you don't mind sharing what little space you have with a few 6-legged friends.
