I moved here in 2000 and I am still very happy (now it's 2005). If you have a car, the price/quality is difficult to beat. Plus, the management is very nice and the place is beautiful. On the low end, right now there is significant construction on Brady and concord so, if your building is close to any o these streets it will get dusty. Unfortunately, this is a city improvement plan so there is not much the management can do about it...But overall, location quality price comfort management: it's a winning combination.
