Never Never Horrible after you sign a lease

No matter how nice hey are when you first meet them, wait until just after you sign a lease. Thier true colors come out. The dog park closes every year because they are too cheep to sod. Like seed and 100 dogs go together. I was let out of a lease because of They could not keep the services I paid for monthly. You have to get cable from THEM, but when it goes down THEY do not control that. Think twice before you do this.
