We only stayed for 8 months in the fall/winter, but everything seemed pretty nice. things were built kind of cheaply, but as long as you take care and use common sence, it should be alright. the one thing i can say as a gamer tho, you cant get insight internet there, they have their own thing. and it sux! if you're only going to have one computer on using the internet, then itll be fine, but with us having three people playing xbox live, and my girlfriend on the internet...forget it. maybe two of us could get on with mild lag issues. management was good, never had any big problems. we stayed in a three bedroom on the second floor, people were friendly, not noisy at all. id recomend it. They dont have a break lease policy though, so make sure you're going to stay the entire lease.
