Overall, it's an okay complex. The pricing is cheap and for that price what you get is descent. I have no complaints except maybe three things... they control the cable (you have to order it through them), they control the internet (it goes onto your lease), and my bathroom tub has leaked forever even after being fixed. In relation to the internet... overall it's okay... but I've experienced issues with speed and pages not loading with my Mac. If you think you might break a lease be prepared to find a transfer because they will nail you hard $1500!! The staff is good at deceiving you into signing stuff you may not fully understand... ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS BEFORE SIGNING. As for the community, I worked third shift while there and it was quiet... except for the occasional burnouts... About 2 an hour all day. If you don't live by the main entrance your probably good. Otherwise you'll hear tire squeals A LOT. Overall good for the price.
Also, don't swim in the pool they only clean it when it turns green. Can't imagine how gross it is when it's actually open.
