Pheasant Run is about the most ghetto place to live in. Seriously, with about $200 more, you can secure your life and valuables at a way better complex. This place is trashy and the cops seriously visits the complex every night since there is always some domestic feud going on there. All in all, unless you like to keep it trashy, go anywhere else. I'm so glad I moved, I was so concerned for my life. They definitely need to screen people for there are a lot of criminals that live there. Also, there are tons of lower income people there since it's cheap, and they steal your stuff, damage your car, etc....

I enjoy living here, and have not had my "stuff" stolen or my car damaged by any "lower income people". Regardless of the income level of the residents who live here, I find most of the people I come across friendly and respectful. I am glad to see the police responding to calls in the complex. With 700 plus apartments here, and that many more people, there are bound to be some problems that arise each night. I'm sure that many of them are not domestic "feuds".

As a college student who lived here, I would not recommend living here. This place is abandoned. The reason why I'm saying this is because there is no such internet service provider. The apartment provide the internet service, but it is expensive and slower than 56k modem! However, if you ask the main office of the pheasant apartment, they would probably say, "we are working on getting faster internet or there is verizon service providing internet." Do not believe them because they have been working on internet for more than a year and verizon service does not provide internet at Pheasant run apartment.

Hmmmmmm. Both of our cars were vandalized around this time too. One cost almost $500 to repair.
