Never rent here!!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
There were spots on the carpet when I moved in. I noted this on my move-in inspection and again a few weeks later. They still charged me $500 to replace their carpet when I moved out.

I lived at another Edward Rose property a few years ago and had a negative experience there. I think it's standard practice for this company to take advantage of their customers.

Do not rent at any Edward Rose property!!!
