I would say the quality of the apartments are for the price you pay, especially if you get the gas paid apartments. One of the things that was really prompt was maintenance, I have to give them five-stars on that. However, one of the ground staff was extremely rude. We got a notice threatening to fine us after one piece of junk mail with our address was found in the hallway, after having lived there for two years. Didn't see that happening with our neighbors who regularly left their trash outside, throughout the day. Have to say that the office staff dealt with it graciously and apologized. Our friends who moved out of town were slammed with ridiculous expenses. We were not, but we were moving back to West Lafayette, and we did a walk-through before turning in the keys. That is a MUST, or they will rip you off, expect to pay approx. a month's rent. Finally the internet was a joke, and you can't do anything about it.
