I have lived in Pheasant Run Apartments for about 6 years now. The staff- office and maintenance- are very friendly and extremely helpful. The neighborhood is quite peaceful- the perfect place for a graduate student to get her work done. The grounds are always well kept and there are many things to enjoy if you wish- swimming pool, tennis courts, dog park, a small pond, fresh baked cookies every morning in the office! :-)
