I have lived in Portledge Commons for the past two years and I have never had a better experience. The management has always been great to work with whenever we had a problem. The service techs were quick and respected my home. The location is one of the best in town as it is off campus and quiet, yet a short drive to anywhere.
The lawn care at this facility is second to none as they are always mowing, trimming, and maintaining the landscape. It has made me proud to call this place home! You can definitely tell that the management cares about this complex because of all little maintenance things they have done in just the two short years I have been here. When they see cracking the in curbs within the complex, they quickly fix and replace them to keep the area looking nice and well kept. I highly recommend these apartments as they are the best I have ever seen!
