My sister has lived here for 2 years, and since I helped move her in and have stayed with her several times, I feel qualified. Overall, a very decent place. Close to Purdue, reasonably well built. Staff and management have been very good to my sis. Built with internal stairwells/landings, which are kept up and well lit, but you will hear your neighbors coming and going. Not so bad if they're quiet folks. Also, get used to the sound of the train yard across the road. Didn't bother me, but they do smack train cars together constantly over there, and it booms. Most of the tenants seem to be of the clean-cut student variety. Location is on the river, and a semi-industrial area, but that has the advantage of not having many people around at night, so little foot traffic by the complex. IE, no staggering drunks or transients. Tippecanoe county jail and sheriff dept just down the road, so lots of patrol car traffic. Nearby bridge goes right into W Lafayette.
