Not only has the management changed 2 times since I moved in this past august but the office staff keeps getting more and more rude each time. First of all there are way too many low income apartments here which creates a lower calibler of people living there. I living alone didn't feel safe at night to leave my apartment. Also there were many issues with mice in my building. Finding mice in your appliances and calling matienence and they do nothing about it kinda gross. While there is alot of parking plan on walking to you building if you get to your apartment past 8 pm not the safest feeling in the world. There is a county prison less than a mile down the road...also not the greatest feeling. Rail road tracks with freight trains running all damn night. There are many buildings closer to campus that are more reasonable. Do not live here unless you want to be cleaning up mouse droppings and putting up with rude people

I don't feel scared living here. The prison has nothing to do with river walk and out of the 4 years I've lived here never had a problem. Some residents have been horrible but were kicked out. The trains that pass through are not that big of a deal and being in the building closest to them, I barely notice it. But I think the buildings closer to the club house are newer.
