I will soon finish a stint at Riverwalk, and have some nice horror stories to tell about that place. The biggest thing is that there was a huge sewage issue in the building 1728. This issue was sposedly repaired about 2 months ago, and worked for about 1 month. Then it overflowed again! At this point the maintenance did everything they were allowed to do, however the management of the complex would not allow things to be done. This has gone for at least 5 months all together. I understand you cannot predict the problem, but when you know that there is a problem, and you spend your time and money on painting the clubhouse instead, that is irresponsible!!!!! I also happen to know other stories that I over heard the maintenance talk about. and after hearing these things, I am VERY glad to be leaving here. I heard about apartments that had not had maintenance done to them, yet new residents had moved into them. Instresting. The apartments are not even painted when you move in and they charge you for everything!!!! Even lightbulbs $1.50 for a burnt lightbulb. That is ridiculas. feel free to respond to this post, if you would like to know some more stories. Overall you would be better off staying in a cardboard box, at least then you would know what your getting into!!!

Sorry to hear you lived in 1728 as well. Those sewage issues were already happening to that building when I moved in and they still happened the week before I moved out (6 months and more for this issue not getting fixed). I just wish some reviews of this place had been up when I signed my lease. Now maybe people will think twice about moving in!
