Please don't live here unless you want to deal with the most unprofessional management staff on EARTH. They actually had no record of my security deposit and had many more discrepancies with my account and my roommate's account. We inquired about this and they had the nerve to get mad at us. Other tenants complained of having discrepanies with their accounts as well. Also, some of the buildings have mice, so beaware. They will probably try to say you didn't pay something when you actually did, so keep all receipts because they won't.

Nice to hear! They only forgot to fix things when I was living there...
Just as tip to anyone here, I always recommend you ask the office staff to make a copy of your check for your records and make them sign the copy and date it.
They "lost" our lease before we moved in as well, and after reading this I'm starting to think they did it on purpose. Part of the agreement when we signed up was there was no security deposit (it was a promotion at the time) so the probably instead thought that we just didn't pay up. They also "forgot" to clean my apartment as well before I moved, which seems to be a recurring theme about Riverwalk.
The office staff are nice people, but they (Sara and others) are unable to stay organized and deal with problems the way they are supposed to. Melissa was nice though...she should be the one running the place!
