I lived at Riverwalk for quite a while, and I'm glad that I'm now gone from that horrid place. The "free" internet connection is absolutely horrible, dial-up is faster than this. Cannot really say anything positive about the other "features" the apartment offers. Washer and dryer left rust all over my clothes, and the dishwasher never worked well at all.

Oh, and not to mention the sewage issues I had for quite a while. Sewage coming out of your bathtub and kitchen sink and going everywhere is not pleasant. Riverwalk advertises "select" apartments with hardwood floors now...beware, for those are the units that had such severe sewage issues they had to do a major repair job and rip out the guts of the place just to get rid of the stench and mold.

Anyway, even at this low low prices the place is still a dump. Maybe if the office staff were fired the place would turn around, but I doubt it.

Oh, and the manager likes to put a sign out every once and a while that says "new management," even months (or a year) after the switch over. Nasty (and false) advertisement which should show you the kind of people they are.
