In no way am I affiliated with River Walk or its management. Please don't pay attention to any of the reviews criticizing management. There is new management as of this summer. Cindy is incredible!!! My wife and I were in a jam with a sublease that we signed and Cindy went out of her way to accommodate us. She fixed the mess with our sublease not because she had to, but because of her kindness and compassion. River Walk has far and away the best management team I have ever experienced!

Just as a quick footnote, but the old management several times posted "Under NEW management" signs outdoors. It is possible management has indeed changed, but I do not know this myself. Ask Cindy what company she works for. If it is "Pinnacle Management Company" then its the same management and just a different manager. Glad to see some change though, maybe River Walk will actually improve now.

Wow... thank god for reviews. This place looks really nice for the price, but my husband and I are expecting a baby and there's no way on earth I'd let a newborn anywhere near an apt that had anything to do with Mold, mice, or severe sewage problems!! Thanks guys!!... You certainly are detering many potential renters from going through these huge problems!
