It's appealing ... don't do it!

We have lived here for over 2 years. The comment about the management changing every 6 months is absolutely true. They don't know or care about you. Our ceiling leaks as well. We told them 2 years ago. They said that the remodel would fix things. It didn't. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR RENT MONEY. Trust me when I tell you, they will be on your butt about rent, but not care about your dispose-all. Do not come here. Save yourself. Run! By the way, if you do rent from here, take an upstairs apartment. They are so poorly constructed, I could guess the weight of my upstairs neighbor. It's terrible ... especially since she has a 3 year old. God help us.
