We have lived here for 5 months and our lease is up. We are not renewing b/c we are moving out of state but I don't think I would renew anyway. It's an O.K. place. The staff is so so but I can tell that one person does not communicate deals they make with you to the other people in the office. Parking is good actually. Usually always plenty of spaces no matter what time. Laundry can suck sometimes but usually always in good working order. The maintenance was very good with getting the cat stench out of our apt. Was there before we moved in but they had covered it up with a wall fragarance neutrilizer. They tried everything they could and it got most of it out but I honestly think it is a problem that could take awhile to get out. Any other problems we have had they got to it usually by the next day at the latest. If you don't have a better deal then go ahead and rent here.
