We found them to be disorganized, dishonest, and downright terrible. We had grief getting anything done, especially with the washer/dryers. Plus, we had to pay for them when they weren't working! Management changes every couple of months and the ones 'at the top' have real attitude problems. If you go there (against this advice) make sure you get everything in writing and receipts for everything! They will tell you things in person and then later lie and say they never did. Also, lots of kids are there and they do damage property (cars) sometimes, and the balconies are very poorly built.Overall Twyckenham = ripoff!!!!!
