I read through some of the other reviews and want to comment on them along with making my own. The office people have been there for some time and they are very friendly and do care about our needs. They have recently given us free Digital TV and unlimited local and long distance service. Internet is also available for a very reasonable price. I would very much recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I hope everyone knows that this is obviously mgmt talking. I've done this for years and when you see a great review, thats usually why. Hell, I did it too when I managed my properties, it makes them look good!

My husband and I signed our lease in November 2006. This has been the worst mistake we have ever made. I agree with the first review. Get everyhing in writing and make sure you get receipts. We are receiving eviction letters for fees we do not owe. Cable is included in rent but you may have to wait 2 months to get it. You have to set up your own phone service. They tell you local and long distance included; however, they only credit you $14/month. Management lies. They will tell you something face to face and lie about it the next month. Very unorganized and very very dishonest. There is only one person in the office I would talk to. Horrible experience.
