I have lived here for 2 months and since the day I moved in, my garbage disposal doesnt work, and the same side of the sink wont drain, the large miniblinds dont work, aprox. 1/3 of the cabnet draws wont work, if you go to pull them out they fall on the floor, and the toliet rocks around like its on a ball and these issues have been brought to their attention numerous times yet still not fixed.
