nightmare

Just a simple summary...
bugs
no AC
horrible cat stinch (we don't own a cat)
rotted deck
drug deals
domestic disputes nightly w/ no help from office staff or local police
stealing out of cars, laundry, etc.
potholes you could lose your car in (no kidding)
slow response to requests
no response to complaints
