-Although I still live there(because they lied to me about lease transfers, when my family needed a bigger apt.)I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. ie:they had me sign a new lease until they were able to get me a bigger apt. and then said it would cost an extra $500 to move out of the old one.
-They are slow on repairs, if they even have maintenance people available to work, you have to report it several times, and they charge you an arm and a leg to fix anything not written on your move in check list even if you have what is broken lying in your apartment. ie: I had reported my closet doors at least 10 times they had on file and it was still not fixed when I moved out.
-There are not any shrubs, however the sidewalk lights rarely stay light. ie:i always see them flicker off around 9:30-10pm when I am on my way home from school;a couple nights a week I go and pick up the dry after school, I don't feel safe.
-They're always are changing staff worker and none of them ever know what is right or wrong or whats going on. They seem to always fire the good ones. ie: being that I can't mention names...the lady who moved us in always smiled and was friendly,the lady now has alot of attitude and the other one I've personally heard her use foul language about the only nice one left.
-Parking is okay, you get two spots, but seldomly infront of your apartment like you are entitled to.
-I lived at my first address for almost a year and a half and my neighbor was so loud almost every night and nothing was ever done about it, except a note put on their door.
-The complex looks nice in a picture, but it's nothing special.
-I don't know about the other apts. here, but I've been in two different ones for the colder seasons, and they don't stay very warm, even with a fireplace--you'd have to burn wood constantly.
-The apartment I just moved into, I waited for 3 months for them to clean and the only thing it looked like they did was vacuum the floors.
