Never give them any money up front for anything !!
They have no concern for the residents or new people looking for an apartment. They seem nice, but will turn on you when you disagree with something!
Would not live here if they paid me !! Lots of better places to stay and if you have to drive a bit farther, worth the drive.

Stay Away !!!
