I had heard that Tywckenham has had some problems in the past, but they have recently gotten new management and were cleaning up even before that happened. My wife and I have been living here a year now and have only had one problem with a ceiling leak when an antenna got ripped off in a wind storm. Anything we have needed repaired or replaced was done so very promptly. The office staff has been nothing but friendly and nice and always very responsive. Any of the reviews pre 2008-2009 should probably be ignored because this complex has really gotten it's act together. They have recently repainted all the buildings and re carpeted them, also, they have been completely redoing all the apartments as they become vacant.
