Its pretty quiet complex. People keep to themselves. The only negative I have is the cabinetry and appliances they need updated. Maintenance comes very quickly usually the day called unless you call them late in day. Very well kept and you have your own patio fenced in over looking lake. Rents little pricey for a one bedroom but there is Preferred Employers Discount
