When I was looking around for an apt. this time the people in the office here were patient, helpful and very nice. I moved in and I was pretty satisfied. They charge $125 to clean the apt. and I was surprised to see that someone's wrappers for women products were left in the cabinet in the bathroom. How gross is that' The refrigerator kind of sucks. I get freezer burn on my food and I've tried every setting. I get a bunch of white dust in my vacuum. I am guessing that it is drywall under the carpet' It is nice to have a washer and dryer in my apt. The bedroom is set up very odd. I've only found one direction for my average size bed to fit and if you want to watch tv in your bedroom, you'll have to string along an extention cord since the bed only fits in one direction. I do like the pond and I am not real fond of not having my own balcony. I share it with my neighbor and it leads downstairs, so I feel unsafe leaving the sliding door open at night. Anyone can walk on into your place. The pool is over-chlorinated. My suit smells like bleach even after washing it. The hot tub looks so gross I won't go in it as much as I would love to....no way! The paint isn't so good. They painted around the appliances. They didn't move them out to paint behind them or attempt to make it look like they did. Student painters' They use very cheap paint. If you accidentally hit the wall, there is a metal looking color that appears in that spot.''' I will tell you that I was much more satisfied and very accepting of the small things that bother me about this place until they were unresponsive about a building maintenance issue. I don't call for small reasons and I expect better service. I am a bit bitter, but I am not unreasonable either. This place is okay for the price. Parking is usually ample. At times, you may have to park a block down. Usually you can park right in front of your entrance to your building. There is noise from the interstate. You can see the interstate from the complex. I don't hear my neighbors except in the hallway. No noise issues because of loud tv's or music. That is very pleasant.
