My boyfriend and I lived here for a year. When we moved in the place was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. Soon after moving the managment changed and all the nice, helpful staff was gone and we were left with a group of morons. The manager has no idea how to run the place. Our appliances were always breaking, Our washing maching overflowed and flooded our apartment leaving a stain that they charged us for after moving out, our toilet over flowed several times, the refrigerator stopped working when we were gone during the day and we came home to an awful smell of spoiled food, if you walk in the backyard you step in geese droppings because they don't take the inititive to clean it up EVER. We've now found a much nicer, brand new place in the area for the same price and are much happier.

I have lived at Waterford Court and thought the manager and staff were very professional at all times. When I moved out they did not charge me for anything out of the ordinary!!!! How were they suppose to know your refrigerator wasn't working if you didn't!!! The question is how did they take care of the situation after you reported it?
