After living in several apartment complexes/rental homes, Waterford is among one of the better few. Yes, there are issues with getting maintenance in a timely manner and the ducks are noisy (as well as the highway), but overall this is a place I would recommend. I will say that in this apartment, I do not hear my neighbors at all, which is a huge plus. Also, this is a great place for people with pets, as you can easily get your own fenced-in area, which is a huge convenience that outweighs any negative feedback I could give. As for snow, every complex has their issue getting it done and getting it done hastily. The apartments are older, which leaves problems such as things breaking, making more noise than necessary, and also just not looking the best. However, all things considered, in my next apartment, I will most certainly look for something similar in set-up due to the positive experience I've had.
