Its a place to live - If you keep to yourself it's a decent place to live. If you socialize you'd be better off elsewhere. OK......BUT!!!! - Lived here for almost 2 years and overall it was nice and private. Maintenance was nosey but nice and the lady in the office was very nice and will work with you if you are not crooked. The only problem are the JACK A**, A-HOLE owners. We liked living here. These apartments are the nicest around Lawrenceburg. I liked it here, I'm not big on apartment living, but if I had to pick, these would be the ones to go for. The amenities are great, they have a playground that my kids liked to play at, the pool
