Moved here because it was a good location since I was in school in Lafayette and my wife worked in Indy. Just some highlights... had a notice on our door a few months ago saying there was suspected drug use in the building, have had two false fire drills after 10:00 PM in the past month, could complain about the smoke from our neighbors coming through the walls (they smoked like chimneys) stinking up our kitchen and bathroom, but they left last week with another tenant. Seems many tenants are moving out currently. Inconsiderate neighbors with subwoofers/ loud home entertainment systems can be heard at all hours. Management has changed since coming here (not sure why, the other lady was nicer). New maintenance people respond within 24 hours, which isn't too bad, but the old ones were there withing a few hours. Glad the lease is up, because we are READY to move. I'd suggest Shaker Square if you need to live somewhere in Lebanon.

It is a GREAT place to live. Management is sooo very nice and courteous! Maintenance is always very helpful!! I would recommend it to anyone!

My problem with kise is: Ther have been many complaints in our building about a dog howling all hours of the day and night. Nothing has been done about it. This has went on for several months. Secondly, We were told only one car per apt. with the new sticker registartion they started. There are still people parking more than one car in front of the buildings. There have been complaints, nothing has been done. If these people can park two of their cars in front of building, then we should all be able to.
