We moved to Lebanon after my boyfriend got a job around here and had only a few days to find a place to live. Kise Estates was the only place with any availability and now I know why. This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The other people that live here have no respect for property. They spill in the hallways and don't clean it up. They leave their trash on the stairs. Don't even think about walking in any grassy areas unless you want dog droppings on your shoes. We used to hear our neighbors screaming at all hours of the night. The parking is terrible. It used to be almost impossible to get a spot close to our apartment after dark. The problem isn't as bad now, but I think that is because there are a lot more vacant apartments. The laundry facilities are poor at best. It takes at least 3 cycles in the dryer before our clothes are even close to being dry. You are better off going to a laundry mat. On the plus side the apartments are big and affordable so if you are just looking for a place to sleep and not concerned with living somewhere you feel at home then you might be ok here.

I agree with you. But now that there is new management, hopefully things will get better. The parking has gotten better.
