we moved in with the word from managemnt saying this a quiet place to live we have we moved here after our son died thinking we can have a nice place to live but we were from the halls smell like dog droppings and the managment sucks rosemary is so rude to the tenants . we got evicted because i had a stroke and was no longer able to work and the rent was late one time they filed the eviction we paid them 1/2 the rent and 20 minutes later we got served our papers for eviction i would not recommand this place to anyone we lived on the second floor thinking it was safe to leave the sliding glass door open . but we were wrong we got robbed and they tore our apartment apart stoled things that belong to our child who passed away and management said there is nothing i can about it . and when we moved here we were giving a paper stating that there will be security on the grounds to make sure we are safe well that was a lie from the start we was giving a number to call and it was disconnected and there is on security gaurd on the primission we lived here almost 6 months and never seen him . if we had one maybe we would stil have our stuff they stoled. we moved back to frankfort were we came from more safer there then here . the parking sucks we lived in on side and had tp park half the time on the other side and noone cared . it is noisy at night we cant sleep with the people outside fighting we sit on our balcony and watched 2 people have sex ont he grass right below us we reported it to management they did nothing abou it . the grounds and clean our grass always full of dog droppings and paper the staff is rude they tell other people about your business and rosemary needs to be fired but i guess they like the way she talkes to people if you need a place to live i would live in my car before rent a place here .

hi i wrote this because i was mad for getting evicted the management aint bad but they need work i liked living there and i would like to apologize to them for writing this about them but my husband and i felt targeted when we were evicted and that is y i wrote this i hope they accept my apology for it and i would live here again if i could and i didnt pay rent because i had a stroke and didnt pay it but i just felt bad because of the attitude i got from management and there was times she was good with us and i hope they see this and i would recommend this place to anyone . and hope we can start over on our relationship with kise . again rosemary and other management im sorry for writing this please forgive me . i was just upset didnt mean for anyone to see and been trying to take it off since i put it on and cant . that is all i have to say about this and i did write a review on kise when i first moved in and said i dont plan on moving and i didnt i was just upset cause i thougth they was maing fun of me and targeting me for getting sick and i know now that aint true. im sorry please accept my apology . former renter
