The owner is an attorney in Lafayette,IN. He has his mother which was manager for one year in 2000 supervise the complex. She has caused the last three managers to quit due to her over aggressive attitude, work ethics and not wanting to spend on repairs. The apartments are getting some age on them and they refuse to spend any money for repairs. Management is very unstable due to the owners mother.
As soon as my lease is up I'm moving across the street to Cantaberry Apts.
