Don't waste your time and money We lived in these awful apts for 5 years and when we moved in they were great but then management changed and everything went south. They are awful. Every year they got worse. We had to practically beg for our walls to be painted after living there for 4 years

i love it here i love living at kise we moved here to be closer to our jobs . my apartment is quite and clean the manager is great she is very helpful to me ad when i need something fixed it is done in 2 days...it is a clean place to live. the grounds are always clean exepct when people live stuff
