This complex has some serious management issues. Issues are severe, even spiraling upward to the new management company. Very high turn over rate for lower management and other staff. The only one that seems to have job stability is the "property manager" who is the one who creates most issues. I would never recommend this complex as a place to live. Not only are there issues with the people running the place but also with how well it was built. Very cheap materials, no insulation!!! You can hear conversations, people coughing and sneezing that live next door. Children, vacuums are heard as if they are in your unit and they are actually above or on the side of you. Very cheap and smaller then normal kitchen cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom floors are very cheap-resemble a school cafeteria. Also despite cleaning the floors, there is a problem with them drying. If you take a dry towel to one of the wet floors it still doesnt dry it and looks dirty all the time despite being clean. Foyer has nice flooring though. In the winter months it is freezing despite having the heat on , especially in the bedrooms. The parking lot is a nightmare-slip and fall is a constant. No one knows how to plow. Clubhouse smells like an ashtray, it is not uncommon to find the management outside the propped open side door having multiple cigarette breaks. In closing ,issues with management are not addressed promptly or with respect to the tenant. Sarcasm and rudeness seem to be a top priority for management. These are not people friendly people, seems as if they thrive on family hardships.

How funny i feel the exact same way ESPECIALLY about managment the person just is not a nice lady we moved out and the relief of just getting out of the complex is just Grand! also caution you do not sign a years lease you sign a 13 month lease it will get you if you do not watch it also if you have kids the white carpets are a killer good luck keeping those clean
